How You Can Support Tonic

Tonic needs ongoing support to continue providing our workshops and support for free, for everyone.  There are lots of ways you can help: 

• Organise a fundraising event such as a skydive or gig
• Purchase some of our merchandise via our website, eBay shop, or shop at 119 Highland Road
• Buy a Portsmouth lottery ticket — we receive 50p for each ticket sold when you sign up to support Tonic
• Make a donation to us via our JustGiving page
• You can also give your time and get involved!
