Tough Mudder
We are looking for participants to take part in this years South London Tough Mudder on Saturday 23rd September on behalf of TONIC.
We have limited places in the Tough Mudder 5K and the Little Mudder, 1-mile, Muddy Adventure For Kids.

Tough Mudder 5K
Not your typical 5K Run! The Tough Mudder 5K obstacle course will shake up your boring 5K run with Tough Mudder’s world-class obstacles. Featuring 13 famous teamwork-inspired obstacles crammed into the 5K course, Tough Mudder 5K is a fast-paced challenge sure to test you and your friends.
Little Mudder 1-mile, Muddy Adventure For Kids
Lidl Mudder is a 1-mile course packed full of obstacles to give kids aged 5-12 the chance to work as a team and get a Lidl muddy. It’s THE mud and obstacle run for kids. Lidl Mudders must be accompanied by an adult or guardian with a valid spectator ticket.
Fundraising for TONIC
We will secure your place/s at the Tough Mudder event, all you need to do is promote your participation and raise as much money as possible on behalf on TONIC (there is a minimum amount required to cover all cost*). We will be using the Just Giving platform to collect all donations (if you do not have a Just Giving page you will need to create one to be able to participate in this event).

Tough Mudder Action Photos: Use the Tough Mudder facial recognition system to find photos of yourself conquering the course. Post to socials and bask in the well deserved glory.
Free Parking: Parking is included in your ticket.
**TONIC T-shirt: Raise enough in donations and you also receive a TONIC t-shirt of your choice of from our exclusive range of merchandise.

The Details
*Each individual taking part in the 5K will need to secure at least £150 by 1st September. Each individual taking part in the Little Mudder will need to secure at least £50 by 1st September.
Example: Family of 4 - 2 Adults (+12), 2 Children (5-12) = £400 by 1st September.
If these amounts are not reached you maybe asked to forfeit your place.
**TONIC T-shirt: The amount of donations required to qualify for a free TONIC t-shirt will be made by TONIC at the end of the event. This may depend on the total number of participates in your team against the total raised.
