Anxiety can be a very unsettling experience. Feelings of anxiousness, relentless worry or fear can also be accompanied by other symptoms such as irritability, fatigue, restlessness.
If you are experiencing anxiety it may be hard to think about anything else other than what is causing the current anxiety, or if your worrying about what may happen in the future you may find yourself not actually living in the present moment, both of which can make navigating daily life difficult.
Below we have split our 'Help with Managing Anxiety' zine into screens for more information on anxiety and techniques that can help you to deal with it. A full PDF version of the zine is available for download at the end of this blog.
By acknowledging and normalising anxiety, we can create a safe space for individuals to seek help and support. The more we have open discussions and provide resources that address mental health in the music industry, the closer we will get to breaking the stigma and prioritising the wellbeing of those within the industry.
