Stan has been volunteering for Tonic since it was founded in 2012. Ten years later, he joined the staff team to perform a variety of roles.

Many people have been very emotional seeing a mental health charity at gigs - a humbling experience for me to be a part of. The help I give to Tonic Music is a real tonic for me, and I am still enjoying it in my 80s.
