"Mental Health First Aid equips youth workers with the knowledge and confidence to respond to mental health challenges early, fostering safety and trust in every young person they support.
In the fast-paced and often unpredictable world of music, Mental Health First Aid isn’t just a qualification — it’s a commitment to building a culture where wellbeing and creativity can thrive side by side.”
