3 New Graduate Roles

Tonic Music are looking for 18-25 year olds for 3 exciting roles within our ever growing organisation, all roles are backed by Youth Music.



About Us

We're a national charity providing professional mental health support and training for artists, crew, industry professionals and music fans.


We deliver support and information online, in the community, at gigs, festivals, at venues and on location.


We organise fundraisers and events - as well as run national campaigns to raise awareness and promote good mental health within the music industry and community.


Tonic Music have received funding from Youth Music to run an initiative offering graduates Part Time roles within the charity - providing the opportunity for young people to gain direct experience within the industry - mentorship from our experienced team - and encouragement and support to pursue their chosen path within music.


We have run 3 initiatives across the charity :

Tonic Rider: Mental health training and support tailored for artists, crew and industry professionals

Tonic Futures: Creating a culture of good mental health for the next generation in music

Never Mind The Stigma: Mental health training and support tailored for music fans

POSITION 1

Jr Music Marketing Coordinator

 Applications are now closed for this position.


Working as part of a creative multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate person to join our team to play a supporting role in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives.


The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the team in various tasks related to Marketing, Social Media, Design and Press. Collaborating with team members to ensure the timely delivery of campaign elements. Contributing to the creation of marketing content, such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters and promotional materials.


The post-holder will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to bring their own flair to the role. We would like to recruit a young music graduate from underrepresented working-class backgrounds who have experienced poor mental health and find this a barrier to gaining meaningful paid employment.


Previous experience in Graphic Design, Marketing & Social Media Management are crucial.


Full driving licence is preferable.


POSITION 2

Jr Music Production Coordinator

Working as part of a creative multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate person to join our team to play a supporting role in the coordination, planning and delivery of our events programme and our industry partnerships.


Largely supporting the Head of Event Operations cultivating industry partnerships, strategy, event logistics, coordination, attending events, artists liaison elements, and coordinating production elements. The Jr Event Production Coordination will assist in the planning, organisation and execution of events.


The post-holder will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to bring their own flair to the role. We would like to recruit a young music graduate from underrepresented working-class backgrounds who have experienced poor mental health and find this a barrier to gaining meaningful paid employment.


Previous experience in event management and a knowledge of the workings of the music industry is preferable.


Full driving licence is preferable.


POSITION 3

Jr Event Coordinator

Working as part of a creative multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate person to join our team to play a supporting role in the coordination, planning and delivery of our fundraising and events programme across the UK.  


The Jr Event Coordinator will assist in the planning, organisation and execution of events.

Collaborating with senior event coordinators or managers to plan and organise events.

Contributing ideas to the overall event concept and theme.

Assisting in the selection of suitable venues for events.

Coordinating logistics for event setup, including decorations signage and other arrangements.


The post-holder will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to bring their own flair to the role. We would like to recruit a young music graduate from underrepresented working-class backgrounds who have experienced poor mental health and find this a barrier to gaining meaningful paid employment.


Previous experience in fundraising and or event management is crucial.


Full driving licence is preferable.
