A series of online Peer Support Groups Funded by Help Musicians/Music Minds Matter.
Peer Groups available
These Peer Support Groups offer bespoke mental health training and support to music industry professionals based in the UK, delivered as weekly 90 minute sessions over a six weeks period for up to 12 participants.
Sessions offer a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space for participants to share experiences and gain the benefits of understanding, validation and support.
If you have not previously registered on the Tonic Rider programme, you will need to complete an initial registration and an online consultation appointment before you can participate.

Open Peer Support Group
If you are a musician or work in the music industry you are eligible to attend this support group for FREE.

Dance/Electronic Music Peer Support Group
An open space exclusively for DJs and producers working in dance / electronic music to discuss and share their experiences of mental health and the music industry.

Whether you are working as an artist, backstage or manager; if you are a woman and work in music, this group is open to you.

ADHD Peer Support Group
Exclusively for music artists, crew and industry professionals living with ADHD. This includes those with a formal diagnosis or currently being assessed for ADHD (NHS or private).

Drop-In Peer Support Group
Open Drop-In Group for previous Peer Support Group participants. Once you have attended an open session, you can attend any of the dates for a period of 12 months. Themed workshops covers topics such as Emotional Resilience, Self-Care, or Music Performance Anxiety.
