After a grey start to the Sunday morning, the event began with a buzz of excitement as participants and supporters gathered at the foot of The Spinnaker Tower, eagerly anticipating the challenge that lay ahead.
All were first-time abseilers, stepping out of their comfort zones in support of Tonic Music. As participants geared up and received last-minute safety instructions, the atmosphere crackled with anticipation.
