Tonic Music were delighted to attend this year’s East Anglian Festival Network (EAFN) Show.

Team Tonic had a great day at this year’s EAFN Show, located in the medieval market town of St Ives’ in Cambridgeshire.

With 20 exhibitors, 12 speakers and 3 live music performances, it was a fantastic opportunity to support and network with the East of England events community.

Our Programmes Lead, Jeordie Shenton, kicked off the day by taking part in the first panel on Health and Wellbeing at Events, joined with Regional Managing Director, UK & Europe of Arena Events Services Group, Ross Robertson, as well as PR strategist for Electric Cat, Kelly Ranson, who hosted the event's conferences.

Other panels throughout the day included Practical Steps to Implement Vision 2030 Climate Pledge, What do Festivals leave behind?, Staffing and HR for Events and The Future of Festivals?

To break up the panels, live music on the main stage commenced at mid day. Kicking off the live music were brother and sister folk duo, Cliff and Prue, followed by Kyson Point, known for their rich harmonies and intimate songwriting, and closing the set was singer-songwriter, Ben Smith.

As well as this, Tonic Music provided an exhibition stand for attendees to access mental health resources, information on the mental health services we provide and speaking to industry professionals about the impact we are making in music communities.

“It was great for Tonic Music to once again attend the EAFN Show, by highlighting the key issues around mental health within music communities, both on a panel and an exhibition stand. We have a rich history of working with festivals and venues in the East of England, therefore, recognise the EAFN Show is an important event in our calendar. A big thank you goes to the EAFN team for the invitation and being wonderful hosts.” Jeordie Shenton
