Tonic Rider are providing an online Peer Support talk for LIVE (Live music Industry Venues and Entertainment) for artists and backstage workers.
Tonic Rider's Jeordie Shenton and Jade Hughes will host an online talk on ‘Post-Festival Season: Peer Support for Artists and Backstage Workers’ for LIVE (Live music Industry Venues and Entertainment).
The session will explore the common mental health difficulties that artists and backstage workers might face when festival season draws to a close, including isolation, anxiety and burnout.
Participants will learn more about how to spot when they or others are struggling, and how to support themselves and others in the event of mental health difficulties.
