Learn the theory and practice of suicide intervention skills through our Tonic Rider course exclusively for working musicians and music industry professionals (City & Guilds assured).
Tonic Rider courses, groups and workshops are led by facilitators with experience in mental health and music, each using a non-clinical approach to equip music industry professionals with the skills to support themselves, their colleagues and the wider music community.
Our Suicide First Aid Lite course is delivered over a single afternoon, training participants in the theory and practice of suicide intervention skills
Suicide First Aid Lite is run on the following dates (1:00 - 5:00pm), each tutored by Jade Hughes.
