Tonic Music Lounge Returns to Shiiine On!
We are excited to announce that Tonic Music are attending the Shiiine On Weekender in Minehead this November.
The Tonic Music Live Lounge is back at Shiiine On, our third time attending the weekender at the Butlin’s Minehead Resort - 13-15 November.
Shiiine On is known for bringing together the very best of indie, dance and Britpop music from the late 80s and 90s into a weekend-long party, with gig-goers and clubbers of this iconic era coming along for the ride.
Across the weekender, there will be plenty of big names performing, such as The Wonder Stuff, Feeder, Happy Mondays and Hard-Fi headlining, as well as DJ sets, pool parties and many more fun activities to indulge in.
Last year at Shiiine On Minehead, we were located at Scoop Ice Cream Parlour, where the Tonic Music Lounge had plenty to offer the weekend-goers. Interviews with Rick McMurray (Ash), Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets) and Mark Morriss (The Bluetones) to name a few; an acoustic set from James Walsh (Starsailor and Tonic Music Ambassador) and a daytime rave with James Atkin (EMF and Tonic Music Ambassador).
When Team Tonic journeyed up to Shiiine On Skegness during March this year, it was not to anyone’s disappointment. Acoustic sets from Mark Morriss, The Loose Cut and Surreal Madrid, with many more to name, left the Tonic Lounge packed with anticipating Shiiine On-goers ready to dance the weekend away. Interviews with Iain Lee (radio presenter and comedian) and James Atkin (who also DJed in the Tonic Music Lounge), as well as lively DJ sets from Adam Ficek (Babyshambles and Tonic Music Facilitator) and Trappsy.
Tonic Music Live Lounge - all back to Minehead
The Tonic Music Lounge will be back at the Scoop Ice Cream Parlour with a range of fabulous festival gear and our very own merchandise, along with a lineup of DJ sets, live interviews and acoustic sets as usual.
“Team Tonic are excited to be back at Shiiine On in Minehead and back in Scoop where we’ll be putting on our usual range of entertainment by way of acoustic sets, DJs and interviews!”
