SUPPORT
We offer tailored mental health support
for working musicians and music professionals
regardless of genre, role or income.
OUR PROGRAMME OF SUPPORT
A range of FREE mental health support to help musicians and those working in the music industry.
At Tonic Music, we understand the struggles of working in the music industry. It can be a lifestyle that is unforgiving and misunderstood - often impacting the wellbeing of musicians and mental health in the music industry. Our aim is to provide everybody working in music support that is accessible, through online therapy sessions, peer groups, skills workshops and training courses - all structured around improving and removing the stigma around mental health.
