The Beta Band Are Back!

The incredible Beta Band are back touring and they’ve invited Tonic Music along.

After more than two decades, one of the most inventive and beloved bands of the late '90s and early 2000s, The Beta Band, are back—and we're thrilled to be joining them on the road.

The eclectic indie rock legends are hitting the UK live circuit once again, rekindling the magic that made them cult heroes to fans and critics alike. Formed in 1996, The Beta Band quickly gained a reputation for their genre-defying sound—an inspired blend of folk, psychedelia, electronic, and experimental rock. Though their time together was relatively short-lived, disbanding in 2004, their influence continues to resonate.

Their track 'Dry the Rain' remains iconic, especially after being immortalized in the classic 2000 film High Fidelity, where John Cusack’s character famously uses it to make an unforgettable first impression on a customer in his record shop. That moment introduced a new generation to the band’s hypnotic grooves and cemented their status in pop culture history.

Now, they're back with a vengeance, and we're lucky enough to be part of the experience. We’ll be at their sold out Nottingham and London shows, soaking it all in, as well as spreading the word about groups, workshops and courses and you can even get your hands on some of our exclusive merch!
