Running For Zac

Dillon Moss and his mum Suzanne are training for the Great North Run, to raisie funds for Tonic Music.

On the 26th April 2026, the world lost Zac.

“Zac was a ray of sunshine, always smiling and had lots of plans. He loved music, played loads of football, always surrounded by friends and family who adored him. He looked after everyone, took time to ask how everyone was, and when we asked him, he said he was fine, but unfortunately we now know that Zac was not really ‘fine.’” Jo, Zac's mum.

“On the 13th September I’ll be taking on the Great North Run for someone very special to me, who can’t be there to see me do it.

I’m running in memory of my friend Zac Robson, who died by suicide.

I have a lot of lovely memories of Zac and those memories can hurt, but they also remind me just how lucky I was to know him.

I am running to raise money for Tonic Music and to spread awareness for musicians, like Zac, who struggle with mental health. By supporting this cause we celebrate Zac's love for music and what an amazing friend and person he was.

If you’d like to support me, please consider donating to my JustGiving for Tonic Music.”

Tonic Music's Suicide Prevention Plan

There may be times when things feel so bad that you have thoughts to harm yourself. Creating a safety plan can help you think about what to do and who to turn to. Thoughts of suicide and self-harm often reduce in intensity when the immediate crisis has passed.
