Why Tonic Exists?
Tonic Music was founded in 2012 upon the belief that participation in music is good for mental health.
From our initial work raising awareness, we now champion action. This is achieved by providing mental health support to ensure people continue to professionally and recreationally engage in music.
Tonic Music is not a crisis service. Please contact NHS 111 for urgent help.
