Whether you are working as an artist, backstage or manager; if you live with ADHD and work in music, this group is open to you.

Course Details Day/Time: Thursday's 1.00 - 2.30pm Dates: 18 April / 25 April  / 2 May  / 9 May  / 16 May  / 23 May

Please Note: Places are very limited, so we strongly advise that you make sure you are able to attend this six week group in full when booking your place.

The group will be facilitated by Adam Ficek, who is a psychotherapist and musician who also has a diagnosis of ADHD.

"As a clinician and musician I feel there are loads of us out there trying to work out how to better navigate the intersection of where our neurodivergence intersects with (what can be) a very unforgiving occupational environment. This peer group provides a unique platform to hear and learn from others in how they meet the demands of their music lives and the nuanced ways in which ADHD impacts."
