Lakefest 2025

We are looking forward to taking the Tonic Music Lounge to Lakefest at Eastnor Deer Park for the second year running.

New Peer Support Group with Attitude is Everything

We’re back at the lovely Lakefest this year and we’re again going to be providing specialist backstage lounge support for the artists and crew,  front of house Tonic Lounge support for festival attendees plus our usual info/merch stall chock full of exclusive Tonic Music goodies like our t-shirts, bags, mugs, stickers, badges and a whole lot more. As is always the case, we’ll have a few festival essentials there with us too. We’re ever grateful to those who buy from us as all proceeds go back into directly providing mental health support across our various programmes but of course we're also happy to see those who just come to see us for a chat.

This will be another stop off on Terry Hall’s piano tour where fortunate festival goers will get a chance to come along and play on the very piano that Terry used to play on. This will be its third outing since being donated by Terry’s family, the debut being the superb recent Merch Market in Manchester hosted by Tim Burgess from The Charlatans.

It was a popular attraction in The Tunnel of Love where our Tonic Lounge and stage was situated. Our friend James Walsh from Starsailor opened the proceedings with a beautiful set including a stunning rendition of Ain't No Sunshine with Barney Williams from Milltown Brothers on piano. Tom A. Smith and many more incredible artists played sets throughout the day with Terry's piano used throughout for various jams. Look out for our photos and films coming soon.

At Lakefest we're looking forward to catching up with our friends the mighty Dub Pistols who will be bringing the party and vibes. Fresh from their awesome Spring UK Tour we’re excited to catch up with Tonic patron Barry Ashworth and Tonic Ambassador Seanie T. On 27 August, Barry will be once again leading thrill seekers on his annual 'Barry's Flying Circus' wingwalk to raise essential funds for Tonic Music. We have a few remaining spaces if you would like to take to the skies for the ultimate thrill this summer. Find out more here.

If you’re thinking of going to Lakefest but feeling a little anxious about it don't forget our Never Mind The Stigma programme includes free online Album Clubs and workshops around Festival Survival, Music For Mental Health and Gig Anxiety. You can find out more about the programme here and sign up here.

Want to help?

We are looking for local volunteers to help us sell merch and qualified mental health practitioners to help in our front of house lounge at Lakefest - email us on teamtonic@tonicmusic.co.uk if you think you could help.
