Tonic Music are launching two online Peer Support Groups for men in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.
As part of the Men Ain’t Talking Enough (MATE) project, Tonic Music are providing two 12-week online Peer Support Groups for men (including cis and trans) in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. Each group is open for up to 15 men and facilitated by a mental health professional, offering a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space for participants to talk to other men.
Every Wednesday (7:00pm-8:30pm), starting 3rd April and concluding 19th June - facilitated by Adam Churchward.
Every Sunday (2:00pm-3:30pm), starting 7th April and concluding 23rd June - facilitated by Jade Hughes.
