Always one of the best, and a great way to end this summers events.
The weekend of 9/10 September saw Tonic at one of our favourite events of the summer Mucky Weekender in Winchester.
It might be something to do with Tonic Patron Barry Ashworth and Ambassador Seanie Tee both from the Dub Pistols are heavily involved, it could be the lovely people who stop by the Tonic Stigma stand, it could be the fancy dress, glitter, dancing and a high-energy line-up of music, but it’s one of the best, and a great way to end the summer season of festivals.
The last performance of the Tonic Ska Choir
This years was extra special as it was the final performance of The Tonic Ska Choir. They rocked the house with a set including A Message To You Rudy, Do Rocksteady and On My Radio before finishing with a rousing Lip Up Fatty. The ska choir will now continue as an independent choir - The Southern Ska Collective.
We are already looking forward to Mucky Weekender 2023!
