Tonic Music’s Neudivergence Peer Support Group is a six-week online peer support group open to anyone working in the music industry.

Our Peer Support Groups have supported hundreds of people since its launch in 2021. If you are someone who works and/or studies in music, who is diagnosed with or currently being assessed for ADHD, Autism or any form of neurodivergence, this group is for you.
“I found people who were similar to me after feeling alone for a long time.”
What is a Neurodivergence Peer Support Group?
Our Neurodivergence Peer Support Group is a safe and comfortable space for neurodivergent people to discuss their experiences and issues with others. Working in the music industry is challenging, so sharing your experiences with other music professionals is important for your mental health.
“Absolutely fantastic and life-changing group!”
Our Peer Support Groups are facilitated by qualified mental health practitioners, each with significant experience working in music.
"As a clinician and musician I feel there are loads of us out there trying to work out how to better navigate the intersection of where our neurodivergence intersects with (what can be) a very unforgiving occupational environment. This Neurodivergence Peer Support Group provides a unique platform to hear and learn from others in how they meet the demands of their music lives and the nuanced ways in which neurodivergence impacts."
Dr Adam Ficek
Our current programme of Peer Support Groups are possible thanks to funding provided by The Christopher Meredith Foundation.
