Tonic Music’s Open Peer Support Group is a six-week online peer support group open to anyone working in the music industry.
Our Peer Support Groups have supported hundreds of people since its launch in 2021. If you are someone working in the music sector, whatever your role, this Open Peer Support Group is for you.

What is a Peer Support Group?
Peer Support Groups offer a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space for individuals to share experiences and gain the benefits of understanding, validation and support.
Many music industry professionals experience poor mental health, which can be brought on by the highs and the lows of touring, late nights, lack of financial stability, alongside the volatile and competitive nature of the industry. Sharing your experiences with other music professionals is important for your mental health.

Our Peer Support Groups are facilitated by qualified mental health practitioners, each with significant experience working in music.
