Tonic Music Returns to Takedown Festival!

We are excited to announce our return to Takedown Festival at Portsmouth Guildhall on the 3rd and 4th April.
Portsmouth’s very own independent rock and metal bash is back, and we are thrilled to come along for the ride for our third year running.
Takedown is a must-attend festival for all heavy music fans, spanning from alternative rock to metal music all under one (very historic) roof.
Throughout the years, the festival has welcomed upcoming artists and bands to take the next step in their music career, as well as showcasing big names in the alternative music scene.
Like last year, Tonic Music will be providing a stand in the foyer of the venue for attendees to access information on the mental health support we provide, as well as a vast range of Tonic merchandise will be available to purchase.
Additionally, there will be a Tonic Music stand backstage in the green room, where musicians, crew, and event staff can access information and resources on mental health support services that we provide.
Over the years, the festival has had an impressive variety of alternative acts perform, with the likes of Sleep Token, Skindred, and Elvana to name a few.
And this year’s stacked lineup is not to disappoint, with hard rock band Therapy? headlining on day one, as well as anonymous metal band President performing their first headline slot on day two of Takedown, followed by metal extravaganza duo Wargasm and rock band As It Is.
