    Our Festival Survival workshop explores some of the factors that can affect mental health before, during and after a festival. These may include disrupted sleep, changes to normal routines, food and mood, substance use, physical activity, crowds and sensory overload.

3. Attend the consultation appointment (up to 1 hour) and then you are ready to go.

Consultation Appointment 

Attending a consultation appointment provides an opportunity for you to find out more about the programme, along with enabling us to identify any risks / concerns and address additional / unmet needs, to ensure your participation on the programme is a safe and positive experience.
