Futures - The next phase

Updated: Jul 22

Our Tonic Futures programme is open to all 18 to 25 year olds working and/or studying in music, providing FREE tailored mental health support.

New Peer Support Group with Attitude is Everything

This next phase of Tonic Futures continues the work started in 2024, with FREE peer groups, skills workshops, and1-to-1 therapy sessions*.

Alongside, FREE training courses will be provided to youth workers supporting young people in music settings, in the form of Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid Lite.

The Tonic Futures programme has been designed by Tonic Music with support from The Christopher Meredith Foundation. It is tailored around the unique pressures that young people face when starting a career in music - with the ultimate goal creating a culture of awareness, understanding and support for the next generation of music artists, crew and other industry roles.
