Tonic Music's Futures programme is open to all 18 to 25 year olds working and/or studying in music, providing FREE tailored mental health support.

The 20026 phase of Tonic Music's Futures Programme continues the work started in 2024, with FREE peer groups, skills workshops, and 1-to-1 therapy sessions*.
Tonic Music's Futures Programme has been designed with support from The Christopher Meredith Foundation. It is tailored around the unique pressures that young people face when starting a career in music - with the ultimate goal creating a culture of awareness, understanding and support for the next generation of music artists, crew and other industry roles.

Registration is now open for the following Futures:
Peer Support Group
Thursday 8th January / 5.00-6.30pm
Intro to Mental Health in Music
Wednesday 14th January / 1.30-3.30pm
ACT Skills
Wednesday 4th February / 1.30-3.30pm
Peer Support Group
Thursday 26th February / 5.00-6.30pm
Navigating Identity
Wednesday 1st April / 1.30-3.30pm
Peer Support Group
Thursday 16th April / 5.00-6.30pm
Alongside this Futures Programme, Tonic Music are also running FREE training courses for youth workers supporting young people in music settings, in the form of a dual package of Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid Lite.

Previously Registered for Futures
If you have previously been accepted on the Futures Programme (are still aged 25 or under) please email tonicrider@tonicmusic.co.uk with which workshops, groups or sessions you would like to attended.
*Please note: 1-to-1 therapy sessions are subject to funding being available and can not be guaranteed.
