Futures 2026

Tonic Music's Futures programme is open to all 18 to 25 year olds working and/or studying in music, providing FREE tailored mental health support.

New Peer Support Group with Attitude is Everything

The 20026 phase of Tonic Music's Futures Programme continues the work started in 2024, with FREE peer groups, skills workshops, and 1-to-1 therapy sessions*.

Tonic Music's Futures Programme has been designed with support from The Christopher Meredith Foundation. It is tailored around the unique pressures that young people face when starting a career in music - with the ultimate goal creating a culture of awareness, understanding and support for the next generation of music artists, crew and other industry roles.
