Upon completion of this course you will have gained‭:‬

  • An introduction to various mental health issues‭ ‬and disorders‭ ‬

  • Guidance on how to support someone experiencing‭ ‬poor mental health‭ ‬

  • How to look after your own mental health whilst‭ ‬supporting someone

All participants will receive PDF worksheets and a certificate of completion from the workshop facilitator.
